Online request

• For same day value, instructions must be submitted before 2:30 pm. Otherwise the fund transfer will be processed the next working day.
• To notify us, login to the website and go to the 'Form' section to complete and submit the Fund Transfer Form. We will send you a confirmation of the fund transfer by email.

Written request

• If you do not have access to the Internet to submit the Fund Transfer Form, you can fax a Fund Transfer instruction with your authorised signature to us at +852 3920 2082.

The transfer will be reflected in the account balance once the process is complete. All overdue instructions received after 2:30pm will be processed the next working day.
