*Terms & Conditions for SHK Direct Member-Get-Member Programme:

1. SHK Direct Member-Get-Member Programme (the “MGM Programme”) is offered by SHK Online (Securities) Limited (“SHKOS”), a member of the Sun Hung Kai Financial group of companies (“SHKF”) and is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. SHKOS operates under SHK Direct, a sub-brand of SHKF.
2. The client (the “Referrer”) who introduces every new client (the “Referee”) to open a new account with SHKOS successfully as per definition in clause 4 will enjoy up to HK$3,000 commission rebates for buy or sell trades of HK Shares during the promotion period. By the same token, if the Referrer successfully refers two new clients, the Referrer will enjoy up to HK$6,000 commission rebates for buy or sell trades of HK Shares during the promotion period, and so on. There is no maximum limit on the number of referrals. Other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
3. “New client” refers to a Referee who (i) did not have an individual or joint trading account maintained with any member company of SHKF or its subsidiaries in the 12 months preceding the effective date of account opening; (ii) who was not a beneficial owner of any corporate trading account maintained with any member company of SHKF or its subsidiaries during the aforesaid period; and (iii) who successfully opens an individual or joint securities trading account with SHKOS during the Promotion Period; (iv) deposit HK$200,000 (or above) new funds or equivalent amount of HK Shares (as per the value marked at the market closing price on the deposit day) to the securities trading account under SHKOS and (v) conducts at least one transaction in respect of HK Shares through SHKOS during the Promotion Period.
4. The Referrer is required to fill in the application form and submit it to SHKOS when introducing a new client.
5. The Referee who has successfully opened a securities trading account with SHKOS during the Promotion Period will enjoy up to $3,000 commission rebates for buy or sell trades of HK Shares and 800 free basic quotes for the first month after account opening.
6. $3,000 commission rebates for buy or sell trades of HK Shares apply to the buy or sell trades of HK Shares within the period from (i) with regard to the Referrer, the date (the “Successful Referral Date”) that the Referrer who has successfully referred a new client to SHKOS or (ii) with regard to the Referee, the date (“Account Open Date”) that the Referee who has successfully opened a securities trading account with SHKOS to the end of the following month (“Specified Period”). Both the Referrer and Referee are required to pay the full commissions first. The commission refunds ("the Refunded Amounts") will be credited to the respective accounts of the Referrer and Referee before end of the month following the Specified Period. The Referrer and Referee’s respective accounts should still be valid when the Refunded Amounts are credited to the accounts.
7. “HK Shares” are defined as securities listed on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.
8. Both the Referrer and Referee will still be charged with the non-brokerage commission fee items at the time of buy or sell transactions, including but not limited to, fees for nominee services and all statutory or third party transaction charges, which include, transaction levies, stamp duty, trading fees and settlement fees where applicable.
9. All account holders under one joint account opened is counted as one new client.
10. The MGM Programme is not applicable to corporate and institutional customers, staff, agents and investment consultants of SHKF. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
11. SHKOS reserves the rights to suspend, amend or terminate the MGM Programme and any of the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. In case of any disputes, SHKOS reserves the right to make the final decision, which will be binding for all parties concerned.
13. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
