1. The “EBSI GO! Winter Grand Prize Draw” promotional campaign (the “Campaign”) runs from November 24, 2025 to February 23, 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
2. The Promotion is provided by Everbright Securities Investment Services (HK) Limited (“EBSISHK”), Everbright Securities Digital Finance (HK) Limited (“EBSDFHK”) and China Everbright Securities (HK) Limited (“CESHK”), wholly-owned subsidiaries of China Everbright Securities International Company Limited, and is coordinated by EBSISHK. All these companies are collectively referred to as “Everbright Securities International” (“EBSI”). EBSI Wealth is an EBSI brand and EBSI Direct is a service of EBSI.
3. Unless otherwise specified, this Campaign is only applicable to existing and new clients of EBSISHK, EBSDFHK, and CESHK (collectively, the “Clients”).
4. If a client holds multiple trading accounts, all trading accounts shall be consolidated and treated as a single account.
5. To participate in this Campaign and obtain the corresponding lucky draw chances, clients must, during the Promotion Period, complete the following specified actions via the “EBSI GO!” mobile application.
   5.1) Register^[1] and log in to the trading account once
   

   • Each month during the Promotion Period, a Client who logs in once to their trading account via the “EBSI GO!” mobile application will receive 1 lucky draw chance, up to a maximum of 3 chances in total for the entire Promotion Period.

   ^[1]Before participating the promotional campaign, the client requires to via the “EBSI GO!” mobile application, enter name, HK telephone no. and HKID to create the trading account and register for the campaign.

   5.2) Trading
   

   • During the Promotion Period, a Client who places one Hong Kong or U.S. stock trade via the “EBSI GO!” mobile application will receive 1 lucky draw chance. The maximum number of trading-related lucky draw chances per day is 4.

   5.3) eDDA new funds^* deposit
   

   • During the Campaign (including the first and last day), “EBSI GO!” users who, via the app’s eDDA Express Deposit function, reach a cumulative net new funds^** deposit of HK$10,000 or above and maintain it throughout the Promotion Period will receive 5 lucky draw chances. New funds* deposits and withdrawals across different accounts under the same Client will be aggregated and/or netted off.
   • To qualify for the eDDA new funds^* deposit draw chances, the new funds^* must be deposited and remain in the Client’s EBSI trading account until the end of the promotion period.
   • If the new funds^* are not rremaining until the end of the promotion period, client will not be eligible to receive chances for the prize draw.
   • For new funds^* deposited into a joint account, for the purpose of this Campaign, such funds will be attributed only to the primary account holder of the joint trading account.
   • The Client’s deposited new funds^* (“Eligible Asset Value”) will be based on the asset value recorded in EBSI’s trading information system on the date of deposit.

   Definition of “new funds”: Based on EBSI’s records, “new funds” refer to cash deposited via the “EBSI GO!” mobile application during the Promotion Period. New funds include cash deposits, but exclude proceeds from the sale of existing holdings, transfers between accounts with identical or joint names under EBSI, and cash deposited into stock options accounts, Accumulator (call) or Decumulator (put) option contracts, or global remittance service accounts.

   Net new funds: Cumulative net new funds during the Promotion Period = total amount deposited via the EBSI GO! eDDA method during the Promotion Period minus “total amount withdrawn during the Promotion Period”. Multiple deposits can be aggregated.

   5.4) Invite Friends
   

   • During the Promotion Period, a Client who, via the “EBSI GO!” mobile application’s “Invite Friends” function, shares their referral link and successfully refers a friend to open an trading account and deposit at least HK$10,000 will receive 8 additional lucky draw chances for each successful referral. There is no cap on the number of referral-related chances.
6. Each Client can receive at most one prize.
7. There is no cap on the total number of lucky draw chances a Client may accrue during the Promotion Period, but the client can only win once.
8. There are 100 prizes in total for the “EBSI GO! Experience & Win Grand Prizes” lucky draw:
   
   • First Prize: Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool™ Gen 1 HP10 three-in-one heater air purifier (Value HK$4,480) (5 winners)
   • Second Prize: Apple iPad (Wi Fi, 128 GB) (Value HK$2,799) (15 winners)
   • Third Prize: Dyson HD08 Supersonic hair dryer (Value HK$2,980) (30 winners)
   • Forth Prize: Sony wireless noise-cancelling headphones (Value HK$2,490) (50 winners)
9. Winners will receive from April 9 2026, an email or WhatsApp message from our authorized third-party vendor, Kar Kar Gift Redemption Centre, with details about the prize redemption. The contact method will follow EBSI’s records. Prize redemption is subject to the terms and conditions set out in the email or WhatsApp message.
10. The Lucky Draw will take place on March 27, 2026. Winners will be drawn randomly by computer.
11. 1The draw results will be announced and published on April 2, 2026 in the Sing Tao Daily, The Standard, on EBSI Direct website at www.ebshkdirect.com, and on the EBSI trade portal at www.ebshkfg.com.

13. Once the draw is completed, the information will be recorded in the draw records. All draw information and records cannot be revoked, altered, redrawn, or transferred to another draw.
14. Winners must be clients of EBSI at the time of prize collection and must have complied with all terms and conditions of the relevant promotional program.
15. Prizes cannot be transferred and exchanged for cash, goods or services of any kind.
16. EBSI is not the manufacturer or supplier of the goods or services comprising any Prize. Any enquiry or complaint for the quality of the products or the services provided relating thereto should be directed to the relevant manufacturer or supplier. EBSI shall assume no liability in respect thereof. EBSI shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting or using any of the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. By entering this draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and no separate agreement will be signed. In the event that he or she wins any Prize of the Draw, his or her personal information (including the photograph of his or her accepting the Prize) shall be deemed to have been agreed by him/her to be used by EBSI for marketing or publicity purpose related to lucky draw.
18. No person other than the entrant and EBSI will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Condition.
19. The Promotion is not applicable to corporate and institutional clients, staff and agents of EBSI.
20. All terms and conditions herein are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

23. In case of any dispute, EBSI reserves the right to make the final decision.
24. In case of inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
