Forget Login Password
Step1  To retrieve your login password, please go to the login area and click on "Forgot Password?".

Step2 Enter any of your trading account numbers and your Login ID.


Step3 Enter the PIN contained in the Forgot Password PIN Email which was sent to your registered email address. Then specify your new password according to the password policy, and click "Submit".

Change Login Password
Step 1 To change your login password, please first login to this trading website and click on "Change Password".


Step 2 Enter your current login password. Then specify your new password according to the password policy, and click "Submit". The new password will be effective immediately.
